• 1st Annual CAPDOA Golf Tournament Entry Form
  The first annual CAPDOA Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, September 18th at Lincoln Golf Course. Tee times will start at 1:00pm. The cost for the golf tournament is $50.00. This will include your green fee, ½ golf cart, and a box lunch.
